Terms and Conditions

In order to ensure the quality and stability of our teachers' work, in the event of a student's absence, the class cannot be rescheduled or refunded. We offer the option of taking the class online if you have cold or flu symptoms and have notified us in advance.

In order to ensure the safety of everyone, we reserve the right to send a student home who has symptoms such as cough, runny nose, and fever. However, if the teacher cancels a class themselves, this class will be rescheduled or credited.

Lateness / Absence

The student must arrive on time in order to respect the schedule. Minutes of lateness to the class cannot be made up at the end of the class or at another time.
